Case report on clinical research
A case report is a detailed report of the symptoms, signs, diagnosis treatment of a patient on the basis of the clinical trial. Some case reports are professional narratives that provide feedback on clinical guidelines and offer a framework for early signs of effectiveness, adverse events and cost.
